:Before becoming a marriage and family counselor, I had over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and parents toward balance and connection as a coach and consultant. I’ve been a Certified Life Coach for 19 years with a focus on creatives, PMDD, and other hormonal challenges, relationships, and parenting. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) certification and I've worked extensively in the intersections of lactation (certified lactation counselor), sleep support, and postpartum mental wellness.

My Master’s in Couple, Marriage and Family Counseling is from Walden University, building on a lifelong passion for relationships and healing. My background also includes a BA in psychology, sex, and gender, and a nerdy minor in marine ecology, and an associate degree in early childhood development. I'm a trained Infant Mental Health Specialist.

My theoretical approach draws from Attachment-based, Existential, and Narrative and Feminist perspectives, while often incorporating somatic/body-based work, parts work, and guided visualizations. I also offer shorter-term solutions-focused support for couples and parents, where clinically appropriate, as well as longer intensives for couples.

I support 15+ years- through elders, all gender expressions, all relational and sexual identities, individuals, couples, parents of newborn-18, entrepreneurs and musicians. I have experience serving high profile public figures. I'm confident in the clinical areas of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive behaviors (OCD), separation/divorce, coparenting/parallel parenting, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), perimenopause, perinatal/postpartum anxiety, depression, birth trauma, sleep dysfunction, sexual challenges, narcissistic abuse recovery, chronic illness & medical trauma, Hyperemesis Gravidarum, grief & loss, spiritual and existential questioning (all beliefs welcome).
