Paulette Denman, LMFTA (she/her)

As a mother of two teens in a neurodivergent family, I’ve lived the uncertainty and fear many parents face. My hope is to help individuals and families pause to notice their needs, then move toward understanding, healing, and deeper connection.

Together, we will uncover strengths and new ways of approaching the situations you care about most. This is a place to bring your whole self, your story, questions, hopes, and work toward changes that feel possible and real for you.

I bring the perspective of a cisgender, bisexual woman, shaped by life with ADHD, sensory sensitivities, and my own path through anxiety and PTSD recovery. I bring my humanity, humor, and warmth to each session alongside a deep commitment to non-judgment. My highest priorities are safety, authenticity, and showing up as a real person in the room.
