Jessica Hoene, MA, LMHCA (she/her)
I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with neurodivergent individuals (autism and ADHD), LGBTQIA+ clients, and those navigating complex life experiences. I specialize in supporting individuals impacted by narcissistic abuse, complex family systems, high-control environments, and relational trauma. I also support individuals navigating life transitions and legal stressors, offering a nonjudgmental space to process and regain a sense of stability.
My approach is humanistic, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed somatic and mindfulness-based practices. I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, understood, and supported without judgment. My work focuses on helping clients make sense of their experiences, build insight, and reconnect with their sense of self in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
As a neurodivergent and affirming clinician, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding into my work. I value authenticity, nuance, and creating a therapeutic environment where clients do not have to mask or explain themselves in order to be understood.
