Megan Sample LMHC, ATR-P (she/her)

I'm a licensed mental health counselor based in Washington State, with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves and find healing. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Antioch University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy and Holistic Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in art therapy, attachment theory, person-centered and feminist theory, and is enriched by mindfulness-based practices. This means I meet you where you are, offering a space that is warm, inclusive, and tailored to your unique experience. I often use attachment theory to support clients in understanding how early relationships and generational patterns may be influencing their current connections, helping them create healthier, more fulfilling dynamics. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to fostering a space where all identities are seen, heard, and supported.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and everyday stress. Whether you’re looking to process past experiences, adapt to new challenges, or deepen your mindfulness practice, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and guidance.
