Erica Smith, MA, LCPC, LMHC (she/her)

Erica Smith is a neurodivergent Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works primarily with individuals experiencing social anxiety, other anxiety disorders, and grief and loss. She began her career after graduating from the University of West Florida in 2003 and is licensed to provide therapy in Florida, Washington, and Nevada.

Over the years, Erica has supported children and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and postpartum concerns. Her current work is focused on high-achieving women who struggle with imposter syndrome, people-pleasing, and relationship difficulties.

Erica’s approach is warm, encouraging, and practical infused with a healthy dose of humor. She believes that being truly seen and heard is foundational to healing and growth. With compassion at the core of her work, she gently challenges clients to reach their potential. Erica draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as trauma-informed and mindfulness-based approaches.
